Pico Autumn Community Gathering 🍂

Our second community gathering in Pico.

Following the success of our first gathering in June 2021, we hosted our second community Gathering in October 2021.

The intention was to take the next step in the community building process, by tuning into our individual visions of what community in Pico could look like, and discovering how we could support each other in making these dreams come true in the context of our island with all it's blessings and limitations.

We called it: Stepping Into Belonging.

One of the core activities included playing a prototype of the Community Game, designed to catalyze collaborative projects benefiting our community and the entire island. Our intention is to have one of them succeed by the review during the next Gathering in around six months time.

We also created Pico Gathering Firestarter, an internal resource designed to help hosting teams of the future Gatherings to kickstart the hosting process.
